Man-machine interface
The central control unit stands between the soldier and the primary vehicle logics as the primary man-machine interface in land-based weapons carriers. The central control unit controls safety-critical functions such as the selection and activation of weapon functions and active protection systems. This includes controlling the automatic cannon, machine gun, guided missile system and the active protection system, as well as the various types of cameras
